Skin Care Rooted in Nourishment

I want to live in a world where we don’t pick ourselves apart over every line, bump, or lump. Aging—and living fully in our skin—is a profound privilege, one that deserves respect and reverence.
Our bodies are constantly adapting to the inputs of the world around us, and our skin is an essential part of that process. It is a barrier, a detoxification organ, a sensory interface, and a powerful tool of communication. At the same time, it’s no secret that we are treated differently based on our appearance (unfortunately), so I deeply understand why so much time, money, effort, and mental energy are invested in caring for our skin.
The aesthetic treatments I offer are rooted in nourishment rather than alteration. Facial acupuncture and microneedling do not mimic Botox or fillers, nor do I claim that they can produce identical results. I also don’t demonize injectables—they can be the right choice for some. I simply believe there should be a meaningful second option for those who don’t feel comfortable with them, who have autoimmune conditions, who desire a more subtle aesthetic, or who want to reduce their overall toxic load.
My approach focuses on harnessing the body’s innate intelligence and immune response. By improving blood flow, lymphatic circulation, and the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin, these treatments support the skin in doing what it already knows how to do: repair, renew, and regulate.
Visually, you can expect a gentle lifting effect, a more radiant and even complexion, softened expression lines and wrinkles, and an overall sense of calm and vitality. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you look and feel like a well-rested, nourished, and grounded version of yourself.
