- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the quinoa has soaked up the liquid and the dried fruit has plumped up nicely.
- If needed, add more milk.
