Sweet Morning Quinoa

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the quinoa has soaked up the liquid and the dried fruit has plumped up nicely.
  2. If needed, add more milk.
  3. Enjoy 🙂
