Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 canned chickpeas (15 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon dried cumin

Instructions:

  1. Juice lemon.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined.
  3. If needed add a little more water to get the right consistency and blend until you’re satisfied with the texture.
  4. Enjoy 🙂
