- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- Dash of cinnamon
- Pour coconut milk into a small pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer.
- Then, add agave and stir to combine.
- Add rice and stir until evenly distributed.
- Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
