Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • Dash of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Pour coconut milk into a small pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer.
  2. Then, add agave and stir to combine.
  3. Add rice and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the top.
  6. Enjoy 🙂
